FIA UI provides facilities for human resources who do not bring vehicles with transportation in the form of electric motorcycles, bicycles, and also several facilities from UI such as buses and electric bicycles.
FIA UI promotes all human resources to use public transportation so that they do not bring vehicles. This campaign is expected to be able to have a change impact even in a small scope
FIA UI allows its staff to work remotely as part of its sustainable practices, implementing a work-from-home (WFH) policy every Friday. Following up on the Universitas Indonesia Directorate of Human Resources’ memorandum on the implementation of Work From Home (WFH) at the central administration and faculties, FIA UI has established a scheduled WFH assignment for its educational staff and reported it through Memorandum No. ND-401/UN2.F16.D2/SDM.05/2026 on the Work From Home Assignment Schedule for Educational Staff. Remote working reduces daily commuting, energy use and emissions while maintaining the quality of services.
