The work practices, including the provision of living wages by FIA UI to academic staff, permanent lecturers, and non-permanent lecturers, have been adjusted by the regulations issued by the Chancellor of the University of Indonesia. These regulations include Chancellor’s Decree Number 811 of 2019 on Guidelines for Determining the Basic Salary of Permanent Employees at the University of Indonesia, Chancellor’s Regulation Number 69 of 2022 on the Remuneration System for Permanent Lecturers at the University of Indonesia, and Chancellor’s Regulation Number 45 of 2017 on the Assignment and Remuneration System for Non-Permanent Lecturers at the University of Indonesia.
