Provide access to educational resources for those not studying at the university – e.g. computers, library, online courses, and access to lectures

The Faculty of Administrative Sciences provides facilities that can be utilized by the academic community of FIA UI. These free facilities are either readily available or require a prior request for use. Facilities and equipment in classrooms and office spaces are examples of those that are readily available. For activities initiated by students, however, a formal request for the use of facilities must be submitted following established procedures. Typically, such requests are made through the student organization secretary, who will then submit the request to the student services portal. Once the request is approved, students can forward it to the Infrastructure Subdivision to proceed with the borrowing process.

On programmed basis

The Student Organizations within the Faculty of Administrative Sciences organize several work programs, one of which includes educational service activities conducted off-campus. For example, the student organization KOSTAF holds the “Tax Goes to School” program, which educates students at various schools on the importance of taxes.

Tax Goes to School Report

A policy that ensures that access to these activities is accessible to all, regardless of ethnicity, religion, disability immigration status or gender.

All activities carried out by both the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, University of Indonesia and student organizations always prioritize the principle of collaboration and never support any form of discrimination. In addition, through Rector Regulation Number 14 of 2016 concerning the Implementation of Undergraduate Programs at the University of Indonesia, the Faculty of Administrative Sciences has divided the education levels of undergraduate programs into regular classes, parallel classes, and international classes. This class division allows cross-subsidies for the determination of student education costs. So that students from underprivileged groups can get lower costing and the sustainability of student education can be more maintained.
