Provide access to educational resources for those not studying at the university – e.g. computers, library, online courses, and access to lectures.
The Faculty of Administrative Sciences, University of Indonesia always provides various access facilities and facilities to support academic and non-academic activities. Various facilities such as sports facilities, facilities for academic process, space and equipment for student organization activities to libraries and journal access can be easily accessed by students for free. The mechanism for borrowing various facilities and equipment can also be accessed by students online through Sistem Peminjaman Ruang FIA UI (Siperu FIA UI)

The Faculty of Administrative Sciences Universitas Indonesia (FIA UI) organizes various events that are open to public. Here are the events organized by FIA UI in 2022:
- PGAR Virtual Talkshow 2022: Important Components and Variables of Digital Transformation, is a series of talk shows organized by the Policy, Governance, and Administrative Reform Research Cluster as a forum for discussion and education to the public regarding digital transformation issues.
- ASEAN Tax Seminar Series: Webinar on New Indonesia-Singapore Treaty, is an event organized by the Department of Fiscal Administration in collaboration with Singapore Management University and ITC Leiden which discusses issues related to Indonesia-Singapore cooperation and development in economy and taxation based on the latest treaty.
- Webinar Series: Strengthening Indonesian MSMEs & Cooperatives through Credit Guarantee Facilities, is a series of events organized by the Risk Government Center FIA UI to discuss collaboration in strengthening MSMEs and Cooperatives in Indonesia through credit guarantee facilities.
- DeLOGO Discussion Forum: Multi-Perspective Discussion on Jakarta’s Fate without Capital City Status, is a discussion forum host by the Democracy and Local Governance Research Cluster to discuss issues related to the status of Jakarta after the existence of a new national capital from a multi-perspective opinion.
- The Integrated Community Service Program: Enhancing Resilience and Capacity towards Competitive MSMEs in Depok City, is a program that aims to aid in financial planning, raising awareness about MSME financing facilities, and improving tax literacy among MSME practitioners in Depok City.
1. Rumbaia Program
This Rumbaia program or Rumah Belajar Mahasiswa FIA UI is one of the voluntary and community service programs initiated by the Student Executive Board (BEM FIA UI) for underprivileged children in the Citayam RT area. 004/RW. 008 Kel.Bojong Pondok-Terong, Cipayung District, Depok City. In 2022, RUMBAIA activities carry the theme “Building Character-Based Contextual Education” and will carry a new approach where the entire teaching process will focus on creating contextual education, namely:
(1) Pubertal education and bodily authority
(2) Creative education
(3) Education on social ethics in everyday life and social media
A policy that ensures that access to these activities is accessible to all, regardless of ethnicity, religion, disability immigration status or gender.
