The Faculty of Administrative Sciences, University of Indonesia always provides various access facilities and facilities to support academic and non-academic activities. Various facilities such as sports facilities, facilities for academic process, space and equipment for student organization activities to libraries and journal access can be easily accessed by students for free. The mechanism for borrowing various facilities and equipment can also be accessed by students online through Sistem Peminjaman Ruang FIA UI (Siperu FIA UI)

1. Rumbaia Program
This Rumbaia program or Rumah Belajar Mahasiswa FIA UI is one of the voluntary and community service programs initiated by the Student Executive Board (BEM FIA UI) for underprivileged children in the Citayam RT area. 004/RW. 008 Kel.Bojong Pondok-Terong, Cipayung District, Depok City. In 2022, RUMBAIA activities carry the theme “Building Character-Based Contextual Education” and will carry a new approach where the entire teaching process will focus on creating contextual education, namely:
(1) Pubertal education and bodily authority
(2) Creative education
(3) Education on social ethics in everyday life and social media
A policy that ensures that access to these activities is accessible to all, regardless of ethnicity, religion, disability immigration status or gender.
