Measures against discrimination
Through the University of Indonesia HR Regulation Number 33 of 2018 Chapter II Article 2 it is explained that “HR management as an important activity at UI must be based on the principles of professionalism, justice and equality which do not differentiate between people on the basis of ethnicity, religion, race and gender. and provide equality for people with disabilities.” So that the faculty provides the opportunity to accept special groups to avoid discrimination, especially in terms of recruiting human resources
Facilities for Disabilities and People with Special Needs at FIA UI already exist, as can be seen in several facilities such as:
