Employment practice

The work practices with living wages provided by FIA UI to Academic Staff, permanent lecturers and non-permanent lecturers have been adjusted to the regulations issued through regulations/decrees of the Chancellor of the University of Indonesia as follows: Chancellor’s Decree Number 811 of 2019 concerning Guidelines for Determining the Basic Salary for Permanent Employees at the University of Indonesia, Regulation of the Chancellor of the University of Indonesia Number 69 of 2022 concerning the Remuneration System for Permanent Lecturers at the University of Indonesia, and Regulation of the Chancellor of the University of Indonesia Number 45 of 2017 concerning the Assignment and Remuneration System for Lecturers Not Permanent University of Indonesia.
