The Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Universitas Indonesia (FIA UI), fully adopts and implements Universitas Indonesia’s (UI) commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable work environment for all staff and employees. This commitment emphasizes a strict non-discrimination policy in all aspects of employment. UI’s anti-discrimination policy strictly prohibits any form of discrimination in recruitment, promotion, compensation, and other employment practices based on race, gender, religion, ethnicity, age, disability, or sexual orientation.

Through Regulation No. 03/PB/2015 issued by the Directorate of Human Resources (DSDM) https://dsdm.ui.ac.id/index.php/panduan-sdm/ , UI ensures that every individual is treated fairly and provided with equal opportunities to grow and develop in the workplace. This policy also includes a commitment to deliver training for all employees on gender equality, inclusion, and diversity to raise awareness and prevent discriminatory behavior.

UI has established a formal complaint mechanism for employees who experience or witness acts of discrimination. All complaints are handled through transparent procedures, ensuring the confidentiality of the reporter and providing protection for the victim. Furthermore, UI’s management regularly reviews its policies and procedures to ensure compliance with national and international standards regarding the protection of human rights in the workplace.
