Mohammad Yudayat is a graduate of the undergraduate program in Governance of Commerce class of 1983, Universitas Indonesia. Mohammad Yudayat also continued his education by taking the Master of Management program at the Universitas Indonesia. In his career, Mohammad Yudayat served as Deputy General Manager of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Singapore Branch in 2010 – 2012, then continued as General Manager of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. in New York (2012-2016) and Jakarta (2016).

In 2016, Mohammad Yudayat joined PT Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) and served as Finance Director of PTPN V (2016 – 2017). This table tennis fan was then again entrusted with holding several positions at PTPN. He has served as Finance Director of PTPN III (Persero) (2019-2020), President Commissioner of PT KPBN (2020 – present), and President Director of PTPN V (2017 – 2019). Currently, he is actively serving as Director of PT Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) VIII since May 2020.
