Depok, 14 November 2025 — The Student Welfare Division (Adkesma) of the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Universitas Indonesia (BEM FIA UI) organized DIORAMA (Dialogue with FIA UI Management) as an open dialogue forum between students and the faculty leadership. This event served as a platform for conveying student aspirations related to academic issues, facilities, educational operational costs, sexual violence, and mental health. The activity took place at the EDISI 2020 Auditorium, Building M, 4th Floor, FIA UI.

In this forum, students expressed various inputs and concerns that have long been a focus of attention, particularly regarding educational operational costs and issues of sexual violence that require serious handling and policy transparency.

The leadership of FIA UI provided open and constructive responses to all the aspirations raised. The discussion was interactive, with faculty leaders sharing their perspectives while also offering solutions to follow up on the issues discussed. The dialogue then continued with discussions on steps that could be jointly implemented to improve the quality of the academic environment at FIA UI.

The DIORAMA activity is expected to become a sustainable step in strengthening communication between students and faculty management, while also ensuring the creation of a safe, inclusive campus environment that supports student development.
