Depok, 27 January 2026 — The Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Universitas Indonesia (FIA UI), held the Signing of the 2026 Performance Contract as a form of shared commitment to aligning faculty targets, indicators, and performance achievements for 2026. The event took place at the EDISI 2020 Auditorium and was attended by the faculty leadership, lecturers, and educational staff of FIA UI.
The event began with remarks from the Chair of the FIA UI Academic Senate and the Chair of the FIA UI Board of Professors, followed by a presentation on the 2025 performance achievements and the 2026 performance targets by the Dean of FIA UI, Prof. Dr. Dra. Retno Kusumastuti Hardjono, M.Si. On this occasion, the Dean of FIA UI expressed her appreciation and gratitude to the entire management team and educational staff for their support and collaboration in developing FIA UI, which enabled the faculty’s 2025 performance achievements to exceed the target, with performance realization reaching 105 percent and performance indicator achievement reaching 89 percent.
Furthermore, the Dean of FIA UI highlighted a number of achievements and strategic milestones attained by FIA UI throughout 2025, including the opening of three International Special Classes (KKI) in undergraduate programs, the attainment of four excellent accreditations from LAMSPAK, more than 110 national and international achievements earned by FIA UI students, and the successful organization of the International Conference on Administrative Science, Policy, and Governance Studies (ICASPGS) in collaboration with strategic partners from DLI and Zhejiang University.
Entering 2026, the Dean of FIA UI invited all management members and educational staff to continue providing support and strengthening collaboration in facing various challenges ahead.
“Let us strengthen collaboration to address the increasingly challenging target of 84 performance indicators in 2026, the development of international classes in undergraduate programs, the international accreditation visitation for five study programs in early February, the increase in Q1- and Q2-reputable publications, the strengthening of joint publications, as well as the plan for the development of a new FIA UI building,” she explained.
On the same occasion, the Dean of FIA UI also emphasized the importance of maintaining unity and a spirit of collaboration among the entire academic community in building FIA UI in a sustainable manner. The signing of the 2026 Performance Contract by unit leaders represents a form of performance commitment at the unit level, the success of which depends greatly on the active participation of educational staff, not only in achieving unit performance targets but also in collective efforts to build an excellent and impactful FIA UI.
Through the Signing of the 2026 Performance Contract, FIA UI reaffirms its commitment to strengthening governance, enhancing performance accountability, and encouraging synergy among all organizational elements in supporting the realization of Universitas Indonesia as a world-class university.
