Depok, 27 January 2026 — The Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Universitas Indonesia (FIA UI), organized the All Staff Meetup (ASM) as a forum for communication and internal consolidation between faculty leadership and educational support staff. The activity was held in a classroom on the first floor of Building M and formed part of efforts to strengthen togetherness and align FIA UI’s strategic steps moving forward.

The ASM was opened with remarks from the Dean of FIA UI, Prof. Dr. Dra. Retno Kusumastuti Hardjono, M.Si., who emphasized the importance of the ASM forum as an open space to build two-way communication, strengthen a sense of togetherness, and maintain the solidity of the academic community in facing institutional dynamics and challenges.

Subsequent remarks were delivered by the Vice Dean for Education, Research, and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Teguh Kurniawan, M.Sc., and the Vice Dean for Resources, Ventures, and General Administration, Prof. Dr. Milla Sepliana Setyowati, M.Ak. Both underscored the importance of cross-unit collaboration, the strategic role of educational support staff, and synergy between academic and administrative elements in supporting the achievement of the faculty’s performance targets.

The ASM discussion session was then moderated by Dr. Umanto, M.Si., and took place interactively. During this session, participants conveyed various inputs, aspirations, and perspectives related to strengthening governance, improving the performance of work units, and developing a conducive working environment at FIA UI.

Through the implementation of the All Staff Meetup, FIA UI reaffirmed its commitment to continuously fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and performance-oriented work culture, positioning the ASM as a strategic platform to strengthen synergy among the entire academic community in realizing an excellent and impactful FIA UI.
