A total of 272 students from the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Universitas Indonesia (FIA UI), received their graduation diplomas on the morning of Saturday, September 16, 2023, at the Auditorium of the M Building, FIA UI.

Among the 272 graduates, 185 were undergraduate students, with 125 (67.56%) graduating with cum laude honors, 59 (31.89%) earning very satisfactory distinctions, and one receiving a satisfactory classification. For master’s graduates, 88 students were conferred degrees, with 27 achieving cum laude, 47 classified as very satisfactory, and 14 as satisfactory. Meanwhile, seven doctoral graduates were honored, with two earning cum laude and five achieving very satisfactory distinctions. Each graduate was called individually to receive their diploma and take a commemorative photo with the Dean of FIA UI.

During the Pre-Graduation Ceremony, Dr. Sandra Aulia was recognized as the doctoral graduate with the highest GPA of 3.93. In the master’s program, Agung Kurniawan, M.A., earned the highest GPA of 3.93, while in the undergraduate program, Hafidh Nadhor Tsaqib, S.I.A., achieved the highest GPA of 3.90.

FIA UI continues its tradition of awarding diplomas on the day of the Pre-Graduation Ceremony. In the official proceedings, Dean of FIA UI, Prof. Dr. Chandra Wijaya, M.Si., M.M., formally inaugurated 272 graduates by moving the tassels on their caps to the right side, symbolizing their transition from students to graduates with the titles S.I.A., M.A., and D.A..

Following the tassel-switching ceremony, the Dean personally handed out diplomas to each graduate, accompanied by a handshake and a group photo session.

The event was attended by several distinguished guests, including Prof. Dr. Amy Sri Rahayu, M.Si., Chair of the FIA UI Board of Professors; Dr. Ning Rahayu, M.Si., Chair of the FIA UI Academic Senate, along with the Senate Secretary and members; parents and family members of the graduates; Sita Dewanto, Chair of the FIA UI Alumni Association; Dr. Fibria Indriati Dwi Liestiawati, S.Sos., M.Si., Vice Dean for Education, Research, and Student Affairs Dr. Milla Sepliana Setyowati, S.Sos., M.Ak., Vice Dean for Resources, Ventures, and General Administration Dr. Umanto, S.Sos., M.Si., Secretary of FIA UI as well as heads of departments, faculty committees, and academic representatives.
