A total of 192 students from the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Universitas Indonesia (FIA UI), received their graduation diplomas on the morning of Friday, February 23, 2024, at the Auditorium of Building M, FIA UI.

Among the 192 graduates, 135 were undergraduate students, with 84 graduating with cum laude honors, 50 with very satisfactory distinction, and 1 with a satisfactory grade. At the master’s level, 50 students graduated, including 9 with cum laude honors, 34 with very satisfactory distinction, and 7 with satisfactory results. For the doctoral program, 7 graduates were awarded their degrees, with 1 achieving cum laude honors and 6 earning very satisfactory distinctions.

Each graduate was called individually to receive their diploma and take a photo with the Dean of FIA UI. During the pre-graduation ceremony, Dr. Abdan Syakuro Lubis was recognized as the recipient of the highest GPA (3.79) in the FIA UI Doctoral Program. At the master’s level, Dewi Ratih Kamiliah, M.A., achieved the highest GPA (3.91), while at the undergraduate level, Jeremy Paulus Wijaya, S.I.A., earned the highest GPA (3.89).

FIA UI continues the tradition of presenting diplomas during the pre-graduation ceremony. In this ceremony, the Dean of FIA UI, Prof. Dr. Chandra Wijaya, M.Si., M.M., officially conferred degrees on 192 graduates by moving the tassels on their caps to the right side, symbolizing their formal status as graduates with the titles of S.I.A (Bachelor of Administrative Sciences), M.A (Master of Arts), and D.A (Doctor of Administrative Sciences).

Following the tassel-turning ritual, the Dean presented diplomas to the graduates, accompanied by a handshake and a commemorative photo session.

The event was attended by several distinguished figures, including the Chair of the FIA UI Council of Professors, Prof. Dr. Amy Sri Rahayu, M.Si. the Chair of the FIA UI Academic Senate, Dr. Ning Rahayu, M.Si., along with the Senate’s secretary and members; Ichwan Sukardi, S.H., LLM., M.M., as the Chair of the FIA UI Alumni Association Dr. Fibria Indriati Dwi Liestiawati, S.Sos., M.Si., Vice Dean for Education, Research, and Student Affairs Dr. Milla Sepliana Setyowati, S.Sos., M.Ak., Vice Dean for Resources, Ventures, and General Administration Dr. Umanto, S.Sos., M.Si., Secretary of FIA UI as well as heads of UPMA and SPI, and the heads and secretaries of the FIA UI departments.
