Sidik Pramono obtained a Doctorate degree in Administrative Science from the Faculty of Administrative Science at the University of Indonesia (UI). Prior to this, he completed his undergraduate studies in Mining Engineering at the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) and earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Policy from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at the University of Indonesia (UI). He has also been working as a lecturer at the Faculty of Administrative Science at UI since 2023.

Previously, he worked as a journalist and editor at Kompas Daily from 2001 to 2013. Following his more than a decade career in the media, he worked in several private companies and state-owned enterprises of diverse sectors, as Corporate Secretary, or in communication or external relations divisions.

Sidik also served as Head of the Nusantara Capital City Communication Team from 2021 to 2022.

Sidik continues to be a lecturer at various universities in the field of administration and communication, as well as conducting research and writing for mass media. In addition, he actively engage in communication strategy activities, policy analysis, as well as governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) and sustainability.
