The Administrative Science Student Association of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences (HIMANERA FIA UI 2019) organizes Career Days activities which consist of two types of events, namely Seminars and Workshops. with the theme Align Your Career Passion: True Gift, Goals, and Preferences.

This activity was held on September 28, 2019 to coincide at the M FIA UI Building. This activity was opened by moderator Siti Hilya Nabila as the Author of Shackles of Self-Sufficiency & Batavia Poetry. At the seminar session, Career Days 2019 raised the theme Align Your Career Passion: True Gift, Goals, and Preferences and presented speakers, namely Cobysot Avego as Operation Excellent Manager of Ekrut and Hanindito as Ambassador of PT Angkasa Pura I 2018.

This activity is a form of presentation from experts in their fields (career) which aims to provide education about general and specific descriptions of the work environment, challenges and anticipation of what can be done to prepare yourself to enter the career world.

“Even though the career world has a very broad field and has various goals, I hope that when we enter the career world we must have the same thoughts, namely making the future of the nation a better future,” said Cobysot Avego as a resource person for this seminar.

In addition, this activity also held a workshop with the theme Leveling Up Your CV and Interview Skills and invited speakers, namely Andrianto Daru as Head of Human Capital Division of BNI Syariah and Rima Dwi Permatasari as Head of Communication and Secretariat of BNI Syariah.

This activity is a form of training provided by experts in the fields of making Curriculum Vitae, motivation letters, and basic interviews. This activity is a bridge for new graduates in response to their anxieties about the world of work.
