ABOUT THE EVENT:
AUA-UI ASIA INNOVATIVE LEADER CAMP: THE ROLE OF SOCIAL TECHNOLOGY FOR FUTURE SOCIETY is a series of online events funded by the Asian Universities Alliance (AUA). This program, carrying the spirit of ASEAN to spread growth across Asia, aims to become a fast-growing, inclusive, and sustainable economic region. It is designed for undergraduate students from all universities and disciplines, providing them with a platform to present their ideas on the most compelling issues in our world today. This program consists of a Leadership Camp, Competition and Mentoring Sessions with experts in their fields from various countries.

ABOUT THE HOSTS:
Host: Faculty of Administrative Science, Universitas Indonesia (FIA UI), formerly Department of Administrative Science under the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP UI), FIA became its own faculty in March 2015 consisting of three undergraduate programs (Public Administration, Fiscal Administration, and Business Administration) as well Postgraduate Program in Administrative Science (Master and Doctorate Degree). The field of Administrative Sciences focuses on the development of policy studies, governance, innovation, culture and institutions by examining the internal dynamics of both private and public organizations in solving problems of social phenomena and global conditions.
Co-Host: Saint Louis University (SLU), Philippines, located in Baguio City, Philippines, has been a pioneering institution in the Philippines in terms of Catholic Education, Internationalization, Sustainability, and Social Responsibility. The university is committed to creating a sustainable future for its students and the wider community, guided by the principles of Catholic social teachings and the UN SDGs. Through its internationalization efforts and commitment to sustainability, Saint Louis University is creating a unique educational experience that prepares its graduates to become responsible global citizens who can contribute to the betterment of society.
Grantor: Asian Universities Alliance (AUA) was proposed by Tsinghua University to establish an alliance of Asian universities in March 2016. In September of that year, prospective members convened in Beijing to discuss the formulation of the Constitution and Framework of the Asian Universities Alliance (AUA). On 29 April 2017, AUA was officially launched at Tsinghua University, marking the beginning of a new era of Asian higher education. The mission of AUA is to jointly address regional and global challenges, specifically related to higher education and economic, scientific, and technological development, by strengthening collaboration among member institutions. AUA acknowledges and promotes shared identity and values in working towards this mission.
