The PGAR Research Cluster has a focus of study on the development of scholarship, advocacy, research, and discussion on public issues in the New Institutionalism, Dynamic Governance, Whole of Government, Continental European Public Administration, Anglo-American Public Administration, and Non-western Public Administration. The output of this research cluster is a model of administrative reform in every policy dimension that includes institutions and governance of Macro and Micro Government, Citizen-Market-State Relations, and Politics and Bureaucracy . In its development, PGAR Research Cluster adheres to a roadmap that enables PGAR to build New Asian Values in Public Governance by 2021.
