Krisna Puji Rahmayanti adalah Asisten Profesor di Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi, Universitas Indonesia. Beliau menyelesaikan studi sarjananya di program studi Ilmu Administrasi Negara di Universitas Indonesia dan meraih gelar Master of Public Administration dari International Development Department di University of Birmingham, Inggris, melalui Beasiswa Lembaga Pengelola Dana Pendidikan (LPDP). Pada tahun 2025, beliau menyelesaikan pendidikan doktoral di International Development Department, University of Birmingham dengan topik riset Collaboration in Indonesian Disaster Response. Krisna juga pernah menjabat sebagai visiting fellow di Asia Development Institute, Seoul National University. Minat penelitian beliau meliputi pelayanan publik, manajemen bencana, tata kelola kolaboratif, dan isu-isu pembangunan, dengan fokus khusus pada pelayanan kesehatan dan implementasi pajak kesehatan
