Presently presides as Senior Support Staff for the Editor-in-Chief at BISNIS & BIROKRASI: Jurnal Ilmu Administrasi dan Organisasi (hereafter JBB). Since she joined the Team in 2010, Eliyani acquires her expertise in journal management over the course of her professional career for more than 10 years. She is consistently providing technical and operational competence to seven Managing Editors. Eliyani was the acclaimed figure behind JBB’s accomplished SINTA 2, the highest journal accreditation rank for a national journal.  Her responsibilities and scope of work include provide communication with Authors, Reviewers, Editorial Board and Editor-in-Chief with regard to management of manuscripts and review process on the journal’s Digital Commons platform, overseeing JBB’s indexing at the ASEAN Citation Index, organization of various grants targeted at competency build-up activities for authors such as Writing Clinic, Journal Digest and nurture of peers’ networking with reputable national journals.
