Muhammad Ramaditya is a Lecture at the Faculty of Administrative Science, Universitas Indonesia. He holds a Doctorate in Business and Management (Innovation and Knowledge Management). His academic specialization lies in Strategic Talent Management, Human Resource Analytic, Human Capital and Intrapreneurship.

His scholarly work focuses on the intersection of talent management, knowledge management, leadership, and organizational performance, with particular emphasis on business institutions, SMEs, and complex organizational systems. His research has been published in reputable Scopus-indexed and SINTA-accredited journals, and he actively contributes to the academic community as a journal reviewer and managing editor at both national and international levels.

In addition to his academic responsibilities, he has extensive professional experience as a business research consultant, human resource assessor, and organizational development practitioner, collaborating with government agencies, state-owned enterprises, and private sector organizations. His applied research and consulting engagements include stakeholder mapping, public perception analysis, communication audits, competency assessment, and human capital strategy development. He is committed to advancing rigorous, policy-relevant, and practice-oriented research that supports institutional performance, leadership development, and sustainable organizational transformation. He remains actively engaged in teaching, supervision, research collaboration, and academic service.
