Bogor, 12 December 2025 – The Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Universitas Indonesia (FIA UI), in collaboration with the Bogor City Government, continued the Integrated Community Service Program on its second day, focusing on enhancing the capacity of government officials in policy analysis and the preparation of evidence-based policy briefs.
Held at the Bogor City DPRD Building, participants attended an in-depth session on Evidence-Based Policy delivered by Mohamad Luhur Hambali, S.I.A., M.A. and Dr. Muhammad Ramaditya, B.B.A., M.Sc. as speakers. The session was moderated by Fikri Akbarsyah Anza, S.Kom., M.Kom. and Dr. Nidaan Khafian, S.Sos., M.A., who assisted participants in understanding structure, analytical methods, and techniques for effectively communicating findings.
The main agenda of the second day was hands-on practice in drafting policy briefs by each Regional Government Organization (OPD). In this session, participants conducted problem analysis, identified various policy options, and formulated data-driven strategic recommendations. The speakers and facilitators provided intensive mentoring, followed by a review process and direct feedback on the draft policy briefs produced.
The activity concluded with a group photo session and the delivery of a shared commitment to strengthen responsive, professional, and evidence-based public policy governance within the Bogor City Government.
FIA UI hopes that this collaboration will generate sustainable impacts in improving the quality of policy formulation and public services in the regions, while also fostering a culture of more accountable and data-driven decision-making.
