The Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Universitas Indonesia (FIA UI) organized a capacity building program themed “Building Trust Through Passionate Work,” attended by all educational staff and the leadership of FIA UI. The event served as an important momentum to strengthen collaboration, build trust, and reignite the work commitment of all members within the FIA UI community.

Held at FIA UI on Wednesday, the event opened with a training session for FIA UI educational staff titled “Igniting Commitment at Work,” delivered by speaker Fanny Winara and team. This session was designed to reinforce internal motivation, build solid teamwork, and foster mutual trust among staff members. Through interactive and inspiring methods, participants were encouraged to identify work values that can support the creation of a harmonious and productive work environment.

The agenda continued on Thursday and Friday with a work meeting focused on FIA UI’s readiness for internationalization, marked by the opening of the International Class Program. This strategic step is expected to expand FIA UI’s educational reach on the global stage and strengthen the faculty’s reputation as a competitive higher education institution internationally.

The program proceeded with the FIA UI Educational Staff Work Meeting, which discussed in depth the faculty’s performance achievements over the past year as well as strategies and performance targets for the upcoming year. In this forum, FIA UI leadership expressed appreciation for the contribution of educational staff in supporting the faculty’s goals, while encouraging all participants to continue improving professionalism and performance.

In her remarks, Dean of FIA UI, Prof. Dr. Dra. Retno Kusumastuti Hardjono, M.Si., stated that the event was not only a platform for evaluating performance but also a space to strengthen the shared determination to advance FIA UI. “With passionate work and strong trust, we will be able to achieve the faculty’s strategic targets at both the national and international levels,” she said.

Through this capacity building program, FIA UI reaffirmed its commitment to fostering synergy, improving service quality, and driving continuous transformation in support of Universitas Indonesia’s vision to be a world-class university of excellence and impact.
