Krisna Puji Rahmayanti adalah Asisten Profesor di Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi, Universitas Indonesia. Beliau menyelesaikan studi sarjananya di bidang Administrasi Publik di Universitas Indonesia dan meraih gelar Master of Public Administration dari International Development Department di University of Birmingham, Inggris, melalui Beasiswa Lembaga Pengelola Dana Pendidikan (LPDP). Pada tahun 2020, beliau mendapatkan beasiswa penuh dari program yang sama untuk melanjutkan studi doktoral di University of Birmingham. Krisna juga pernah menjabat sebagai peneliti di Asia Development Institute, Seoul National University. Minat penelitian beliau meliputi pelayanan publik, manajemen bencana, tata kelola kolaboratif, dan isu-isu pembangunan, dengan fokus khusus pada implementasi pajak kesehatan.
