Depok, December 23, 2025 — The Department of Public Administration (DIANe), Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Universitas Indonesia (FIA UI), held Kenduri Negara 2025 as a shared space for reflection on the achievements, hard work, and togetherness of the academic community throughout 2025. The event took place at the Glass Room on the 1st Floor of the New Building of FIA UI.

Kenduri Negara 2025 served as a year-end agenda designed to strengthen collective bonds while encouraging constructive dialogue on future development directions. Carrying a spirit of gratitude and appreciation, the event featured several main agendas, including the presentation of DIANe’s 2025 Achievements, the farewell and welcome of DIANe lecturers and teaching assistants, a discussion forum, and the conferral of DIANe Lecturer Award nominations.

In the appreciation session, DIANe FIA UI presented awards to lecturers who were considered to have outstanding contributions and characteristics throughout 2025. The award recipients were Marcel Angwyn, S.I.A., M.P.A. as Favorite Lecturer; Janiscus Pieter Tanesab, S.Pd., M.A., Ph.D. as Fastest Response Lecturer; Wahyu Mahendra, M.Egov as the Most Patient Lecturer in Dealing with Students; and Muhamad Imam Alfie Syarien, S.Sos., M.P.A. as the Lecturer with the Clearest Teaching.

Other awards were given to Muhammad Adnan Al Kadly Kanedi, M.A. as the Most Humorous Lecturer; Imas Cempaka Mulia, S.I.A., M.P.A. as the Most Sociable Lecturer; Prof. Dr. Teguh Kurniawan, S.Sos., M.Sc. as the Most On-Time Lecturer; and Prof. Dr. Amy Yayuk Sri Rahayu, M.Si. as the Most Stylish Lecturer.

In addition, DIANe FIA UI also awarded Dr. Muhamad Yopan, S.T., M.A.B. as the Most Inspirational Lecturer; Prof. Dr. Drs. Irfan Ridwan Maksum, M.Si. as the Most Active Content-Creating Lecturer; Krisna Puji Rahmayanti, S.I.A., M.P.A. as the Lecturer with the Most Classes; and Fajar Wardani Wijayanti, M.Sc. as the Lecturer with the Best EDOM.

Through this forum, DIANe FIA UI emphasized the importance of collective evaluation and the exchange of ideas as the foundation for improving academic quality and institutional governance. The discussions held were expected to serve as a platform to align the achievements of the current year with the challenges and opportunities of the coming year.

Kenduri Negara 2025 was also supported by various research clusters and research centers within FIA UI as a form of collaboration and synergy in strengthening the faculty’s role in the development of administrative sciences, public policy, and governance.

As an expression of gratitude for a year filled with dynamic experiences, Kenduri Negara 2025 is expected not only to be a ceremonial event, but also a momentum to strengthen shared commitment in driving performance, innovation, and the tangible contributions of FIA UI to society and the nation.
