Depok, 29 October 2025 — The Women’s Association of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Universitas Indonesia (IWK FIA UI), in collaboration with Yoona, organized Yooniverse 2025 under the theme “Celebrating Women, Caring for the Body, Nurturing the Soul.” The event took place at the EDISI 2020 Auditorium, 4th Floor, Building M, FIA UI.

The event opened with welcoming remarks from the Dean of FIA UI, Prof. Dr. Dra. Retno Kusumastuti Hardjono, M.Si.

“We warmly welcome this event as a form of contribution from IWK FIA, Yoona, and Ruang Tumbuh in providing education and inspiration for women, especially students, lecturers, and educational staff within the FIA UI environment,” explained Prof. Retno.

The series of activities continued with an inspirational session featuring Lintang Aqmarina, S.T., M.B.A., who shared her career journey, from completing her undergraduate and master’s studies with an LPDP scholarship to her current career as a marketing professional at PT Semen Indonesia. In her presentation, Lintang emphasized that taking care of oneself and having the courage to say “no” is not selfish, but rather a form of responsibility toward oneself.

Following this session, the event continued with a talk show moderated by Salma Noorfitria N., a student of FIA UI, featuring speakers Moja Rasya as a content creator, Irma Gustiana A., S.Psi., M.Psi., a clinical psychologist and founder of Ruang Tumbuh, Susana Anggraini, CEO of Yoona Women, and dr. Wisnuaty Condri, a writer and medical doctor.

During the talk show, the speakers discussed various issues relevant to women’s daily lives, including how to deal with beauty standards, ways to feel enough and appreciate oneself, and the importance of self-acceptance from a psychological perspective. The discussion also highlighted women’s health topics, particularly issues surrounding menstruation and how the body can communicate with oneself as a form of awareness and holistic self-care.
