Depok, 27 October 2025 — The Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Universitas Indonesia (FIA UI), continues to expand its international collaboration network through a collaborative meeting with the Taipei School of Economics and Political Science, National Tsing Hua University (TSE NTHU), Taiwan. The meeting, held in the Main Meeting Room of Building M, FIA UI, was led by the Dean of FIA UI, Prof. Dr. Dra. Retno Kusumastuti Hardjono, M.Si., and was attended by Prof. Tain-Jy Chen from the Taipei School of Economics and Political Science, NTHU.
The meeting agenda discussed potential academic collaborations between the two institutions, including postgraduate student exchange programs, the organization of academic discussions (brown bag discussions), as well as plans for the development of Double Degree programs and inter-university research collaboration.
One of the potential collaborations being explored is curriculum alignment between the Master of Administrative Science program at FIA UI and the Master of Public Policy (MPP) program at TSE NTHU, particularly in developing a Double Degree scheme. In addition, both parties also discussed opportunities for research collaboration and academic support at the doctoral level.
Through this initiative, FIA UI is committed to strengthening international collaboration that can open broader academic opportunities for the academic community, while also enriching learning and research experiences at the global level.
