Bogor, 11 December 2025 – The Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Universitas Indonesia (FIA UI), together with the Bogor City Government, officially opened the Integrated Community Service Program at the Balai Rakyat of Bogor City, which was then continued with a series of training sessions at the Bogor City DPRD Building. This activity aims to strengthen the capacity of government officials through a series of policy training and institutional development programs.

The event was opened with remarks from Prof. Dr. Teguh Kurniawan, S.Sos., M.Sc., Vice Dean for Education, Research, and Student Affairs of FIA UI, as well as remarks from the Head of the Research and Innovation Division of Bapperid Bogor, Irma Arlini Dewi, STP, MSc. The opening was marked by the presentation of plaques, followed by a group photo session.

The material sessions were delivered by experienced speakers from FIA UI. The topic of Mentoring the Merah Putih Cooperative (KMP) was presented by Janiscus Pieter Tanesab, Ph.D.; Dr. Andreo Wahyudi Atmoko, M.Si.; Dr. Achmad Fauzi, S.Sos., M.E.; Dr. Umanto, S.Sos., M.Si., CFP; and Wulandari Kartika Sari, S.Sos., M.A.

Meanwhile, the topic of Training on the Evaluation of the Policy Quality Index (IKK) was delivered by Debie Puspasari, SIA., MPA; Nidaan Khafian, S.Sos., M.A.; Dr. Ima Mayasari, M.H.; and Fikri Akbarsyah Anza, S.Kom., M.Kom.

The sessions ran dynamically, ranging from material presentations and group discussions to question-and-answer sessions. Participants from various regional government agencies of the Bogor City Government enthusiastically followed the entire agenda until the close of the first day, which concluded with the completion of a satisfaction questionnaire.

This first day of activities served as an important foundation for understanding the basic concepts of policy evaluation and strengthening institutional capacity before moving on to the practical formulation of policies on the following day.
