Depok, February 25, 2025 – In an effort to improve the quality of human resources within the Mahakam Ulu Regency Government, the local government has collaborated with the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, University of Indonesia (FIA UI) through the CIL-BETER program and the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) in the Public Administration and Master of Administrative Sciences programs. This initiative is part of the Gerbang Cerdas Mahulu (GCM) program, aimed at providing better educational access for the community. An evaluation of the RPL and Integrated Learning CIL-BETER Program for the Odd Semester of the 2024/2025 Academic Year was conducted in the smart class of the M Building at FIA UI. This evaluation serves as an essential step in following up on the established collaboration and ensuring the effective implementation of these educational programs.

The CIL-BETER joint class program has been running since 2022, while the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) program began in 2024. Students participate in these programs to enhance their competencies and qualifications, aligning with the local government’s efforts to improve human resource quality in Mahakam Ulu Regency. Through these programs, students are expected to develop relevant skills and contribute to the local government.

“We hope that the collaboration between the Mahakam Ulu Regency Government and the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, University of Indonesia (FIA UI), will continue to run smoothly and sustainably,” said Prof. Retno, Dean of FIA UI.

The Faculty of Administrative Sciences, University of Indonesia (FIA UI), is committed to facilitating and supporting students in delivering quality education. The local government will also guide students to engage in their studies more effectively.

The monitoring and evaluation event concluded with the handover of the study evaluation results by the Dean to the Regional Secretary of Mahakam Ulu Regency, followed by a group photo session.
