The DTA cluster conducts in-depth studies on the <strong>digitalization of tax administration<\/strong>, taxation of <strong>platform-based economies<\/strong>, and the use of advanced technologies such as <strong>big data<\/strong>, <strong>artificial intelligence (AI)<\/strong>, <strong>blockchain<\/strong>, as well as <strong>tax accounting<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The digitalization of tax administration encompasses several key areas, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Digitalization of Tax Services<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Digitalization of Supervision and Compliance<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Digitalization of Internal Processes<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Digitalization of Tax Law Enforcement<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Digital Infrastructure<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Human Resource and Organizational Development<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the field of taxation, the digitalization of tax administration is considered a strategic initiative to address long-standing challenges such as <strong>low tax compliance<\/strong>, <strong>weak oversight<\/strong>, and <strong>bureaucratic inefficiency<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cluster Chair: Prof. Dr. Milla Sepliana Setyowati, M.Ak.<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Digitalization of Tax Administration (DTA) Research Cluster is a research group under the Department of Fiscal Administration, Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Universitas Indonesia.
