Sandra pursued her bachelor&#8217;s degree in Governance of Commerce in 1982. After earning a bachelor&#8217;s degree, in 2003 Sandra continued her education in the Master of Applied Human Resource, Universitas Indonesia. Her educational background and work led her to become a human resources practitioner with approximately 20 years of experience.<\/p><p>She has a long career journey, she was a VP Resourcing &amp; Development in HSBC, VP Country HR Nestle Indonesia, HR Director Coca-Cola Indonesia, VP HR Sunlife Financial, General Manager Human Capital &amp; Admin PT Cipta Kridatama, and HR Director of PT Holcim Indonesia, Tbk. Currently, Sandra is the HR Director of Atalian Global Services, a company engaged in providing facility management services.<\/p><p>As a practitioner who has a lot of experience, she is also active as a HR consultant, facilitator and certified professional coach.
