The Faculty of Administrative Sciences, University of Indonesia (FIA UI) consistently innovates to make all forms of work more accessible and efficient to support every academic community’s performance, including Education Staff (Tendik). One of the innovations carried out is creating plans for using the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
The Human Resource Information System (HRIS) is a system that is used to facilitate data management and access for all FIA UI employees, especially education staff. This system is expected to reduce and improve the quality of data management for education staff at FIA UI.
“To support the needs of human resource data management, especially educational staff at FIA UI, we need to develop the technologies that have developed. One of them is HRIS which will help record employee data such as attendance, leave and others. Hopefully, with this, our data management will be more effective and efficient,” said Dr. Milla Sepliana Setyowati, S.Sos., M.Ak, was appointed Deputy Dean for Resources, Ventures and General Administration of FIA UI.
This HRIS will later assist in data management in the form of attendance, payroll, leave requests, overtime hours, and other activities that will be systemized in a database. This will make it easier for Tendik to find each other’s personal data because this system is self-service.
“Especially for recording the attendance of FIA UI Tendik, there are three ways that can be done, namely through the HRIS Web site; Mobile Apps, namely Great Day applications; and Face Recognition (FR). With HRIS, not only attendance and attendance, but also payroll, recruitment processes, tax payments, leave requests, performance evaluations, and more,” said Head of Organizational Development and Human Resources System Sub-Directorate at UI Yasinta Esterina Puspitasari, S.E, M.Sc.
For information, this socialization is carried out offline at the M FIA UI Building from 09.00 to. 11.30 with participants attending were all educational staff at FIA UI.
