Managerial at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, University of Indonesia (FIA UI), signed a performance contract for 2023. This signing is a new page for 2023 for FIA UI in improving performance to provide the best service for students, universities, partners, and even the nation and state.
Dean of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, University of Indonesia (FIA UI), Prof. Dr. Chandra Wijaya, M.Sc., M.M., hope all new leaders can perform best to meet Kokin and even surpass him. As is known, FIA UI has 68 faculty performance indicators.
“Thank you for the hard work of all officials who have worked very well for two years at FIA UI. Hopefully, the new officials can follow the good performance and even improve it,” said Prof. Chanda.
There are 18 new performance indicators spread across five fields: Academic and Student Affairs; Finance and Logistics Sector; Research and Innovation Sector; human resources and Assets; and University Secretary. For the Academic and Student Affairs Sector, new performance indicators for 2023 are the socialization of the promotion of postgraduate admissions activities and the number of students receiving scholarships from UI external partners/sponsors.
Then for the field of Finance and Logistics, new performance indicators in 2023 include the number of articles that have received citations, the number of affiliated adjunct professors at the University of Indonesia, The number of funds from innovation grants/incentives and business incubation obtained from institutions outside UI; and the number of funds resulting from the cooperation of community service programs obtained from institutions outside the UI. Furthermore, the HR and Assets sector will have new performance indicators in 2023. Namely, the Provision of infrastructure for the implementation of the Tridarma following the SNPT, the percentage of lecturers who carry out Tridharma activities on other campuses in QS 100 (based on knowledge), work as practitioners in the industrial world, or mentor students who have achieved at least national level achievements in the last five years (all apply); and implementation of pension/post-employment benefits calculations for non-PNS employees.
For the field of General Secretary, new performance indicators in 2023 include the percentage of fulfilment of the implementation of Safety, Occupational Health and Campus Environmental Health; the Percentage of students, lecturers, researchers, and educational staff who are in a healthy state of mind and body; Compilation of Risk Register at the Faculty level; Achievement of the Corruption Control Effectiveness Index (IEPK) level in the implementation of the COSO-based internal control system; Achievement of the Index Risk Management (MRI) level in the performance of a COSO-based internal control system; Percentage parameter data Rating QS Graduate Employability Rankings; Percentage of parameter data for QS WUR Rating and QS By Subject; The percentage of THE Impact Rankings parameter data provided; and percentage of data parameter rating THE WUR and THE By Subject.
