Depok, March 13, 2025 – In an effort to create an excellent and impactful Universitas Indonesia (UI), the UI Rector launched the Rektor Menyapa program across all faculties. The event took place at Auditorium 2020, Building M, FIA UI, on the 4th floor.

Rektor Menyapa visited FIA UI to gather insights and aspirations from the FIA UI academic community. The event began with a presentation on UI’s leadership vision for the next five years. UI Rector, Prof. Dr. Ir. Heri Hermansyah, S.T., M.Eng., IPU., reaffirmed his commitment to strengthening research and advancing digital education.

“This event serves as a platform for fostering closer ties with faculties. We also seek collaboration in enhancing research and developing digital education, aligning with UI’s tagline of excellence and impact. We hope to create positive changes both internally and externally,” stated the UI Rector.

As a forum for students, faculty members, and administrative staff to voice their aspirations, this event was a special moment for FIA UI. For the first time, the faculty received a complete visit from the Rector, Vice Rectors, and department heads, fostering active interaction.

“We are truly grateful, as this marks the first time FIA has been visited by the complete UI leadership team, allowing for a direct discussion session with the Rector,” explained Prof. Dr. Dra. Retno Kusumastuti Hardjono, M.Si., Dean of FIA UI.

The Rektor Menyapa event proceeded smoothly and interactively, providing students, faculty members, and administrative staff with the opportunity to engage directly and pose questions to UI’s leadership.
