Depok, January 10, 2025 – The Faculty of Administrative Sciences, University of Indonesia (FIA UI) held the “Reflection on 2024 and Resolution for 2025” event at the FIA UI Building. This event was attended by the leadership, academic staff, administrative staff, and students of FIA UI. It served as an important moment to reflect on the achievements of 2024 and to formulate a vision for 2025.

In her opening remarks, Dr. Ning Rahayu, Chair of the Academic Senate of FIA UI, expressed her gratitude for the accomplishments achieved by FIA UI in 2024 and hoped that these achievements would continue to grow in 2025.

“With the achievements of 2024, including the inauguration of the new FIA UI building, we hope this new facility will inspire all of us—leaders, staff, and students—to progress and strive for maximum results, ensuring that this building is utilized to its fullest potential. Although FIA UI is still relatively young, it holds great potential in human resources and other areas that will support future progress,” she said.

Prof. Dr. Amy Yayuk Sri Rahayu, M.Si., Chair of the Professors’ Council of FIA UI, also emphasized the importance of coordination and unity to support FIA UI’s advancement. She highlighted the need for synergy to improve the quality of FIA UI in all aspects. “I hope future generations will be inspired and continue to strengthen collaboration within FIA UI,” she remarked.

The Dean of FIA UI, Prof. Dr. Chandra Wijaya, M.Si., M.M., concluded the event by sharing his aspirations for FIA UI’s future.

“May FIA UI continue to thrive, and whoever leads in the future must uphold the values of ‘KITA FIA, FIA KITA’—Commitment, Integrity, Transformation, and Trustworthiness. These principles guide us to keep moving forward,” said Prof. Chandra.

Marking the official use of the new FIA UI building for Tridharma (three pillars of higher education) activities, Prof. Chandra expressed his hope that the entire academic community would be motivated to foster innovation and achieve excellence.

“This building symbolizes our collective hard work, and it is our responsibility to make the most of it for the advancement of FIA UI,” he added.

The event also provided an opportunity to appreciate those who contributed to FIA UI’s achievements throughout 2024. These accomplishments were made possible through the hard work and support of both internal and external stakeholders. With shared commitment, FIA UI is optimistic about welcoming 2025 with strategic goals and a stronger spirit of collaboration.
