The Faculty of Administrative Sciences, University of Indonesia held a 7th anniversary celebration (Dies Natalis) with the theme “Administrative Science for The Future”, Friday (25/3/2022) afternoon. The event started with the delivery of remarks from FIA UI Partners (Internal and External Environments of the University of Indonesia) and remarks by UI Chancellor Prof. Ari Kuncoro, Dean of FIA UI Prof. Chandra Wijaya, and UI Board of Trustees, Saleh Husin.
“The theme raised to celebrate FIA UI’s birthday aims to remind all of us, especially all FIA UI members, that FIA must be able to answer the challenges faced by the organization and be able to take advantage of and create opportunities now and in the future,” said Prof. Chandra.
Furthermore, Dr. Agung Firman Sampurna, S.E., M.A.P., CSFA Chairman of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) of the Republic of Indonesia (RI) delivered a scientific oration entitled Digital Transformation Strategy at the Supreme Audit Agency of the Republic of Indonesia by stating that BPK had set the 2022 vision, namely as an institution that plays an active role in realizing governance quality and useful finance to achieve the country’s goals.
“To realize this vision, technology is needed that is not just the use of the latest technology, but integrates digital transformation which is a digital idea that is incorporated into the joints of the organization that changes the organization’s mode so that it can work much more effectively,” he explained.
Pak Agung also explained that BPK has built a digital transformation which consists of two things, namely digitization, digitization, and digital transformation which is inherent in BPK’s DNA, namely Digital Enterprise Architecture by utilizing technology, human resources, and planned strategies to realize BPK’s vision. Not only that, Mr. Agung said that BPK also uses Big Data Analytics or BPK Bidics which is Analytics Centric oriented.
After the scientific oration, the event continued to the first door prize session where there were 6 winners who received prizes. After that, the event continued with a video compilation of the FIA Greening Program which is a form of support from the Faculty of Administrative Sciences in the Green Campus program at the University of Indonesia.
The event then continued with the screening of the ADM Alumni Storybook Launching video. “I am proud to announce the launch of this book and we are waiting for all the memories of the alumni for this book,” said Mrs. Sita Dewanto as Chair of the FIA UI Alumni Association (Iluni).
After that, the second Doorprize session took place and continued with the Awarding of Books from FIA UI Postgraduate Students who were inspired by the late Prof. Ferdinand D. Saragih, Award for Lecturer with Best Edom Value, Award for Productive Lecturer in Making MOOCS, Award for Lecturer Who Actively Participates in Assistance in Student Competitions, and finally the Student Organization (Ormawa) Awards.
Then, the event was continued with the appearance of the FIA UI Smart Class launching video as a form of FIA UI readiness to respond to the needs of educational activity facilities in the midst of high technological advances and the COVID-19 pandemic.
Not only that, the event was also enlivened by entertainment programs, namely the presentation of Prof.’s songs. Dr. Amy Yayuk Sri Rahayu, M.Si, Prof. Dr. Haula Rosdiana, as well as musical performances by representatives of tendik by Mas Adrian Setiawan and his colleagues.
The cutting of the 7 Year Tumpeng FIA UI was carried out after the appearance of Andrian as a symbolic form of the peak of the celebration of the Dies Natalis of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, University of Indonesia in 2022. The procession of cutting the cone was carried out by the Dean of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences who was accompanied by the deputy deans of FIA UI.
And then continued by showing a video of the 7-Year FIA UI journey. After that, the third door prize session took place where there were several winners who received various prizes.
After that, the entertainment program was continued with offerings from UI Administration Alumni, Ikang Fauzi and ended with door prize session 4.
The event was closed by showing a congratulatory video to FIA UI by Siva FIA UI from domestic and foreign partners both from partner ministries and adjunct professors.
