The Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Universitas Indonesia (FIA UI), welcomed the Integrity Zone (ZI) evaluation team from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) on Monday, August 5, 2024, at the Smartclass Room, 3rd Floor, M Building, FIA UI, Depok.

This visit aimed to assess and evaluate the implementation of the Integrity Zone at FIA UI, as part of ongoing efforts to improve public service quality and institutional accountability.

“ZI is not merely a status or recognition we aim to achieve—it is an essential process to drive FIA UI toward continuous improvement and better quality. We are committed to delivering accountable, transparent services while fostering an anti-corruption culture,” said Dr. Fibria Indriati, M.Si, Vice Dean for Education, Research, and Student Affairs at FIA UI.

During the visit, Dr. Umanto, M.Si, Secretary of the Faculty, presented the implementation of FIA UI’s core values and the realization of the Integrity Zone within the faculty. “We uphold the core values summarized in KITA—Commitment, Integrity, Transformation, and Trustworthiness—which guide us in establishing a Corruption-Free Zone (WBK) and a Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Zone (WBBM),” said Dr. Umanto.

Dra. Ovi Soviaty Rivay, M.Pd, one of the representatives from Kemendikbudristek, explained that the visit aimed to validate and cross-check data from the desk evaluation and the work unit profile, assess service quality, observe service procedures, gather stakeholder feedback, and identify gaps between documentation and field practices, such as cleanliness findings and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOP).

This evaluation visit is expected to provide valuable insights for improving the institution’s quality and accountability while supporting the effective implementation of the Integrity Zone.
