2024 marks a significant year for the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Universitas Indonesia (FIA UI) in realizing the development of the Integrity Zone (ZI). Various preparations have been carried out to create an environment aligned with the goals of Bureaucratic Reform, one of which is the implementation of Integrity Zone Internalization for FIA UI support staff. This event took place on Thursday, August 1, 2024, in the Main Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Building M, FIA UI, Depok.

The event involved FIA UI support staff, including security personnel and office assistants. It was also attended by Dr. Umanto, S.Sos., M.Si., Secretary of the Faculty and Coordinator of Lever 1, along with Ryanda Noza, S.Psi., Coordinator of Infrastructure, K3L (Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment), and Green Metric Implementation.

The Integrity Zone Internalization event targeted support staff at FIA UI with the goal of enhancing their understanding of Integrity Zone values and their relevance to providing excellent services. In addition to discussing Integrity Zone principles, the event also served as an opportunity to introduce the “FIA UI Integrity Zone Pocketbook” to the support staff. This pocketbook contains essential information to help staff understand the Integrity Zone and FIA UI’s efforts to achieve it. It is hoped that the pocketbook will assist FIA UI’s support staff in comprehending Integrity Zone concepts and applying its indicators when delivering services.

Although FIA UI is still in the process of preparing for the Integrity Zone, Dr. Umanto, S.Sos., M.Si. emphasized that providing excellent service should always be a priority, regardless of the preparation phase.

“We must remember that providing the best service is not something we do only because we are preparing for the Integrity Zone. Delivering excellent service must always be maintained at all times, whether there is an Integrity Zone assessment or not,” stated Dr. Umanto, S.Sos., M.Si.
