Of course, this results from the complex and intelligent work of all Lecturers, Tendik and Students, and Faculty Management. The Dean of FIA UI stressed that maintaining sustainability will be a challenge in the future for FIA to maintain integrity in obtaining an organizational culture that is WBK and WBBM.
“Maintaining integrity, improving services, creating programs that have an impact on society and continuing to improve capabilities is a future homework that we must do to maintain the culture at FIA, which is WBK & WBBM,” said Prof. Chandra Wijaya, M.Si., M.M. Dean of FIA UI.
Three categories were successfully obtained at the UI ZI Award 2022, namely; 1) Ranking First at the University of Indonesia Integrity Zone Award 2022, 2) Best Area of change in the field of Change Management, University of Indonesia Integrity Zone Award 2022, and 3) Best Area of Change in the field of Accountability. The award was given directly by Dr. Agus Pramusinto, MDA, as Chairman of KASN to FIA UI in the Awarding Ceremony-UI ZI Award 2022 at the UI Convention Center on Monday, November 14, 2022 afternoon.
Prof. Dr. Eko Prasojo, Mag.rer.publ as the Executive Secretary of KPRBN, said that the Integrity Zone (ZI) is a step to create a Corruption-Free Area (WBK) which is the duty of every academic community as an intellectual figure by being involved in the policy-making process so that it can influence the policy process and create changes in the nation and state. We must start with students to build integrity characteristics because they will participate in various professions in various fields.
“Corruption has become a culture in Indonesia, including the campus environment. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out reforms, namely structural changes (fixing all systems using technology) and cultural. We in the campus environment must do positive things to realize bureaucratic reform. To change corruptive cultures, we need a very long time, and usually, the culture is changed by gradually improving the system,” said Prof. eco.
Furthermore, Prof. Dr. Agus explained how to strengthen the oversight system in preventing corruption on campus by mapping corruption practices that might occur on campus. Then, Prof. Agus also said that the mapping results could be used as a tool to determine the appropriate system for dealing with corruption on campus.
“On campus, in Indonesia, it turns out that there are lots of criminal acts of bribery, corruption and gratuities. It needs the help of all parties to improve integrity to create a Corruption Free Area, especially in the campus environment. Show that you have integrity!” said the chairman of the KASN.
FIA UI is also proud of this achievement. Hopefully, FIA UI will be able to create various other achievements at the local, regional, national and international levels.
