The Faculty of Administrative Sciences, University of Indonesia (FIA UI) welcomes new students at the 2022 Faculty Academic System Introduction Event (PSAF) for the FIA UI Postgraduate Program for the 2021/2022 academic year online on Friday (21/1).
This event aims to provide briefing to new students of the FIA UI Postgraduate Program regarding the Academic System that applies at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, University of Indonesia so that students can carry out academic activities better while being students in the FIA UI Postgraduate Program.
The Dean of FIA UI Prof. Dr. Chandra Wijaya, M.Sc., MM. conveyed several important things related to the development of FIA UI, so that it is hoped that all students can get to know more closely the faculty where they will spend their study period in the postgraduate program.
The important things that were conveyed were related to the historical aspects of the founding of the FIA, the colors of the FIA flag, the FIA Organization, the Scientific Characteristics of the FIA, the description of FIA graduates, the research clusters at the FIA, the Development of the FIA International Program, the FIA HR Profile, the FIA student profile, the facilities owned by the FIA. , a collaboration initiated by FIA and FIA Student Achievement.
“If you are not familiar with campus life, make this new activity interesting and fun. Welcome to join and welcome to start a new habit at FIA UI. The greater the student capacity, the greater the contribution that can be made to the country,” he said.
Furthermore, Dr. Fibria Indriati, M.Sc. as the Deputy Dean for Education, Research and Student Affairs in his speech also explained the entire academic process that will be carried out by students. “We hope that students can understand the various processes that have been explained. Once again we congratulate and hope that you can show your academic achievements and graduate on time,” explained Fibria.
Dr.phil. Reza Fathurahman, MPP as Secretary of the Postgraduate Program also conveyed that all students can participate in all academic activities properly, by following all existing and applicable regulations at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, University of Indonesia.
After that, the event ended with an introduction to UI library services by inviting resource persons Dra. Kalarensi Naibaho, M.Hum as the Coordinator for Library Services at the University of Indonesia.
