The Faculty of Administrative Sciences, University of Indonesia (FIA UI) has officially established a partnership with Mahakam Ulu (Mahulu) Regency in the field of Administrative Science which includes the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.

This was marked by the signing of the Cooperation Agreement between FIA UI and Mahulu Regency in the FIA ​​UI Smart Class room on the 3rd floor, Tuesday (31/5/22).

The Dean of FIA UI Prof. Dr. Chandra Wijaya, M.Sc., MM. We welcome this collaboration by describing the various benefits of cooperation that will be obtained by Mahulu Regency.

“This collaboration provides an opportunity for leaders and State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Mahakam Ulu Regency to continue their education at the University of Indonesia through the Center for Independent Learning UI (CIL UI), where leaders and ASN in the Mahakam Ulu Regency Government to participate in the collection program. credit,” he said.

Not only that, Prof. Chandra also explained various other benefits such as policy studies, consultation in work units, providing opportunities for FIA UI lecturers and students to conduct research or MBKM internship programs, as well as consultation and training in order to increase ASN capacity within the Mahakam Ulu Regency government, and others.

“University of Indonesia is always open to Indonesia, not only in Greater Jakarta or on the island of Java, but all regions in Indonesia, including Mahakam Ulu, this is in line with the FIA ​​SAKTI program by opening opportunities for all Indonesian people, including the people of Eastern Indonesia,” explained Chandra .

Mahakam Ulu Regent Bonifasius Belawan Geh, SH., ME who was also present at the signing ceremony also expressed his gratitude to the University of Indonesia, especially FIA UI, for accepting and welcoming this collaboration opportunity.

“We hope that the various goals of this collaboration can be achieved, so that ASN Human Resources (HR) in Mahakam Ulu Regency can increase their competence and be able to bring Mahakam Ulu to a better direction,” he said.
