Depok, April 9, 2025 – The Faculty of Administrative Sciences at Universitas Indonesia (FIA UI) held a Halalbihalal gathering in the Auditorium of Building M, 4th Floor, FIA UI Campus in Depok. The event aimed to strengthen bonds and foster closeness among members of the FIA UI academic community, including faculty leaders, professors, lecturers, administrative staff, students’ parents, and alumni.

Dean of FIA UI, Prof. Dr. dra. Retno Kusumastuti Hardjono, M.Si., in her opening remarks, stated that through this event, the FIA UI family celebrates the day of victory and is ready to start a new chapter with greater productivity.

“Halalbihalal is a positive tradition held at FIA UI as a way to strengthen our social bonds, with the hope that FIA UI will continue to excel and make a meaningful impact,” said Prof. Retno.

The event featured a religious sermon (tausiyah) delivered by Ustaz H. Dadang Holiyulloh, S.H.I., with the theme Becoming a More Productive Person After Eid al-Fitr.

“Ramadan serves as a moment of spiritual education for us to deepen our piety to Allah and to make the days that follow even better and more productive. During Eid al-Fitr, let us sincerely forgive one another from the heart, not just through a handshake,” said Ustaz Dadang in his sermon.

He also emphasized the importance of being grateful and content with the blessings Allah has given us, without comparing them to what others have.

The event concluded with attendees exchanging handshakes as a symbol of unity and harmony within the FIA UI community.
