The Business Administration Student Association (HIMANIA) FIA UI held an event called Business Week 2019: Alumni Sharing.
The activity, which was held on Friday (15/11/2019), was an interactive talk show and sharing session with speakers that are alumnis of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, University of Indonesia. Business Week: Alumni Sharing aims to prepare students’ career steps in the future.
Speakers at this event were Dra. Ganefi, M.Buss as Director of Human Resources and General Affairs of PT Pelayaran Indonesia, and Drs. Henry Situmeang as Founder & CEO of PT Global Persona Prima, also Mrs. Sandra Sahupala as Consultant HR Management, Career and Leadership Coach at PT INSIPRA Tigas Konsultindo as moderator.
The purpose of this event is to help students in making scientific papers, convey arguments and opinions in an academic environment through exchange of information with academics, peer groups and practitioners (expertise), build an academic atmosphere based on the principles of collegialism, creative, competitive, innovative and solution, and expand student’s understanding about the importance of doing business by utilizing technology.
The talk show is systematically designed according to what must be prepared to face career problems in the future. This year’s Business Week: Alumni Sharing big theme was How to Prepare Yourself with the sub-theme Preparing Work Life for Young Leaders.
