The Faculty of Administrative Sciences, University of Indonesia (FIA UI) is proud again. Four FIA UI students consisting of Salsabila Annisa Zahra (Fiscal 2020), Zakky Ashidiqi (Fiscal 2020), Krisna Herdiana (Fiscal 2020), and Muhammad Farel Arkan (Fiscal 2020) managed to win two wins in the national tax competition.

The first is the 1st Winner of the National Tax Debate Competition at the PKN STAN Tax Fair (KDPN PRPN 2022). This competition was won by FIA UI students, namely the Taxnesia Team consisting of Salsabila Annisa Zahra (Fiscal 2020), Zakky Ashidiqi (Fiscal 2020), and Krisna Herdiana (Fiscal 2020).

The National Tax Fair itself is the largest taxation activity or event in Indonesia organized by the State College of Accountancy (STAN) which is designed to raise awareness among the Indonesian people of the importance of taxes.

This competition is part of the National Tax Fair, where this competition is an effort to socialize tax issues to the younger generation.

Apart from winning the KDPN PRPN 2022 competition, FIA UI students also managed to rank first in the Universitas Airlangga National Tax Competition (KOMPAK 2022). The team that has made FIA UI proud is the Fiscalization Team consisting of Zakky Ashidiqi (Fiscal 2020), Krisna Herdiana (Fiscal 2020), and Muhammad Farel Arkan (Fiscal 2020).

“Tax Competition” or better known as “KOMPAK” is a competition organized by the D3 Taxation Student Association of the Vocational Faculty of Airlangga University every year which is attended by active D1/D2/D3/D4/S1 level students from universities, institutes, schools State/Private Universities, and Service Associations throughout Indonesia.

The purpose of holding this competition is to implement healthy competition and increase knowledge and understanding of the world of taxation for students. Competition activities are divided into two rounds, namely the preliminary round and the quarter-finals which will be held on July 16 2022 online. While the semifinals and finals will be held on July 23 2022 offline at the B unair campus.

The four students also invited all FIA UI students to participate in making FIA UI proud by achieving various achievements, both academic and non-academic. “Hopefully this can be an inspiration for all FIA UI friends so they can achieve more in the future,” they said.
